Our job is getting the tops online, not just selling our own package
Some roofs can't see our mast. Some streets now have full fibre. Some households need more than 10Mbps. In all of those cases, the honest answer is a different provider.

Before you switch
A quick checklist
- Check whether your current contract still has an exit fee to pay.
- Look at the price after the introductory term, not just the headline price.
- Get a speed estimate for your exact address, not the postcode average.
- If you work from home, check the upload speed as well as the download speed.
